I deal with asterisk and I just can’t formulate a question to Google in order to solve such a problem: It is
necessary that if they call us at a number for example 123456789, then the asterisk call is transferred to the secretary, and if they dial a number like 123456789 * 555, then the call is forwarded to internal number 555 without any requests.
