Why is the file not being collected from the git?

Hello. On Ubuntu 20.04 server I'm trying to build a file from here
https://github.com/chan-sccp/chan-sccp
In the console itself it says

configure:21320: result: no
configure:21577: result: 'ASTERISK_VERSION could not be established'

And in the log:

configure: exit 255

What could be the problem?

There was no step in the instructions for which I assembled it.
make install install-headers
Don't forget to do it!

Note: For more information about the possible configure flags, check: ./configure --help
Looks like you didn't specify the version of asterisk you're building for .
