How to set up an ip filter in Deluge?

Good afternoon!
Tell me, can I somehow configure the ip-address filter in the Deluge torrent client? In the good old days, there was an option in uTorrent that allowed you to download the ipfilter.dat file. I don't use uTorrrent now due to the huge number of advertising banners and the bitcoin miner; I would like to have a similar thing with ip filtering in Deluge. It seems that there is support for this functionality, but I could not google anything sensible for setting it up.
