Why, when creating a new object, I do not have a snap to the pixel grid, if I have a binding in the parameters: joxi.ru/VrwYWPLTJ4y52X
Why is there a checkbox for alignment in the pixel grid in the document parameters and in the menu, but in fact it is not? Checking the "Align to pixel grid" checkbox every time is annoying.

Everything related to pixel-perfect traditionally does not work well for an illustrator at all times. Will have to indulge.
Many people, myself included, advise against using this snap to pixel grid feature (found in the transform panel and in the New Document dialog). Instead, you need to make the custom grid a multiple of one pixel in the program settings (edit->preferences->guides and grid), and then enable snap to grid in the view menu (you can display the grid using CTRL+' ).
