Exif contains the name of the program that created the file, Adobe PS appears there, but the license does not seem to glow in any way.

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe PCD\pcd.db
If not there, then it stores anyway, and somewhere in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe just from memory I don't remember, you can find it on the net without problems.
