Does Photoshop (illustrator and other software) store license data?

I really want to know for sure - does Photoshop save metadata about the license?
if so, how to see it?

Judging by the open documentation for the PSD format, it does not save.

Photoshop:
When it comes to "owning the rights to the photo," the answer is "may store."
Opening the image in Photoshop and clicking File - File Information (Alt + Ctrl + Shift + I) , a form with various document metadata will open:

Exif contains the name of the program that created the file, Adobe PS appears there, but the license does not seem to glow in any way.

In my opinion, here:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe PCD\pcd.db
If not there, then it stores anyway, and somewhere in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe just from memory I don't remember, you can find it on the net without problems.
