Please tell me how to remove the Russian language and leave the default English in Photoshop CC, otherwise I set it without choosing a language.

Do not offer reinstallation option (does not allow connection speed)

Close Photoshop and delete or rename the file C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC (64 Bit)\Locales\ru_RU\Support Files\tw10428.dat
And the path according to your version (32 or 64 bit) and the installed localization.
Moreover, for all programs in the package, this must be done separately.

Launch Photoshop, press Ctrl+K and change the language.

The option turned out to be the only one: install Photoshop (I install from Creative Cloud) with the desired language,
