How to do? Enable the ability to change in the configurator, find the task in the metadata tree section, open the form, remove accessibility from the command, and set the return of availability to the comment change event...
But why? If your users now mindlessly click on execute, they will also mindlessly type "qwerty" or "123" and then click on done again. The solution should not be programmatic, but organizational.
