How to set up an email campaign correctly?
Hello.
A question. I want to organize the right work for email marketing for a small ecommerce platform.
There is a site on Wordperss + woocommerce.
- I send mailings to the entire database with new products (1-2 times a month) - I use mailerlite for this
- I want to set up transactional letters for those who register, buy and put the goods in the basket and leave. Before that, I used standard Woocommerce emails (new user, successful payment), now I realized that I need to add more contacts with the client. For example, after a purchase, ask to evaluate the product on the site. If a person wanted to buy a product and at some point changed his mind - remind him, etc.
The question is how to organize all this correctly? And through what services? Standard subscription base through Mailerlite, but transactional emails? If you connect, for example, sendinblue, will it share new contacts with mailerlite?
In general, I will read about how you build email marketing processes.

Of course, I apologize, but if after leaving the store I receive a "reminder", then it will go to the trash marked "spam". I'm afraid that at least half of the people will do the same. And this is a sure way for you to get blacklisted, so that you will not be able to send letters even to those who are interested in them (namely, those who wanted to subscribe to the mailing list).
esputnik.com - ESP (they will also help develop a strategy, I think for free) and stripo.email - editor. www.goodemailcopy.com ">Good mailing examples
There is simply no such solution, whatever for all counts, I recently searched only with installation on my server, there are not even paid solutions. You don't want to store all your passwords in someone else's cloud.
upd:
We are currently using TeamPass https://github.com/nilsteampassnet/TeamPass/ it does most of what we need.
- Access via browser;
- The service is installed on your server;
- Encryption of passwords in the database;
- Differentiation of user access rights;
- Opensource (github)
UPD (10/20/2016): I came across a wonderful implementation of KeePass on the Web ( https://keeweb.info/ , topic on habré https://habrahabr.ru/post/269895/)(from the ability to work in a browser and run from your server) I didn’t use it for work, but there are no words for home!
