How to set up a WiFI repeater for use on a UniFi network?

-WiFi network of the student hostel. The connection to the network itself is not password protected. Each user has his own login + password for accessing the Internet after connecting to the network. (most likely a network on UniFi or its analogues).
-In the place where the PC stands, WiFi catches weakly, but at the door it is perfect. It was decided to buy a repeater, place it at the door, it would seem - PROFIT. But it was not there.
The repeater connects to the network, the signal is noticeably enhanced when working through it, but there is no access to the Internet. Naturally, the problem is in passing authentication on the network, it is not even possible to get an ip address through the repeater itself.
PS. The repeater is absolutely working, it works on ordinary wifi networks with a password.
