The Internet on the laptop constantly disappears when working via Wi-Fi. What to do?
Hello!
About 2 months ago, there was a problem. From time to time (now very often) the connection to the Internet via Wi-Fi began to disappear. At the same time, it says that everything is connected and there is a connection, but when you try to open any site, it says that there is no connection.
Usually, the problem lasts a few minutes, and then the connection appears (but sometimes longer).
Turning off and on the router helps to restore the connection.
At first I sinned on the provider and the router, but the rest of the devices (phone, tablet) connected to the router work without interruption.
Laptop model: HP 4535s Router
model: TP-Link TP-WR841N I looked at
the status of the network adapter drivers in the device manager and through the "Driver Booster" - everything seems to be fine.
I’ll also clarify, perhaps this is important: the Internet disappears only in browsers (in all), in Skype and in the telegram client - everything works. I don’t play games, so I can’t check if the connection disappears in them.
What could be the problem ?
