How to save the captured .mov file to a special album using a special url?

I would like to save the captured .mov video file to a custom album using a custom URL, something like `".../10-9-2018.mov"`. My problem is that I know how easy it is to save this video album, but I don't know how to save it to an album using a special url.

danielkiz , If you are still relevant.
It's still not clear from your answer - do you want to call "13.04.18.mov" a custom album, or give that filename in the iOS Photos app?
I suspect the second. So if you look closely, there are no filenames there. So your question is not correct.
