How to put a specific application on iOS that is developed for one company?

I’ll try to formulate it more clearly: a company came to us and said: “Guys, we bought iPads for all the tops here, we have a corporate application, can you make it work on iPads?”. We can do that, but we have never encountered such a situation. How to pass validation in the app store, and in general, what for upload it there if the application is designed for one organization?

As far as I know, you can't limit an app in the AppStore to one organization.
Ad-Hoc builds can in principle help distribution without the AppStore and jailbreak. Cons:
1) Not intended for production, but for distribution to testers. Other disadvantages follow from this.
2) Limitation of 100 devices
3) AdHoc profile lifetime is limited. After 3 months, you will have to update it on all devices.

The second option is a jailbreak.
Third - HTML5 Application

I’ll say off topic ...
That’s why many business people refused to buy iphone - due to the fact that the brand is promoted, but the functions are cut down and everything else needs to be done through apple.
As if the apple is God and they should be addressed.
Previously, I also thought like a “herd” and would buy an ipad - but then I thought, what for be likened to teenage instincts and spat in the direction of apple and saw so many alternatives that I realized that apple would not see my branded money.
Think people!

The jailbreak option is not the worst. Since the iPad is corporate, why not go through IT, where everything that is needed will be done right away. After that, the application is installed in 2 clicks through the same iPhone Configuration Utility (if you need to be able to delete the application via Springboard) or via SSH, if this option is not needed.

I don’t know how relevant the question is, but you need to look towards the iOS Developer Enterprise Program
