There is such a situation
The main domain and some subdomains (for example - mysite.ru, subdomen1.mysite.ru) are on the same hosting. Management via ISP Manager.
DNS is managed through CloudFlare.
There is a second hosting (pure Debian 10.10; no control panel), you need to send two subdomains (subdomen2.mysite.ru and subdomen3.mysite.ru) to this hosting.
How to do it?

You add A-records to the DNS hosting panel, configure the web server to process the necessary names, issue certificates... standard procedure.

For simplicity, take the apache2 web server and configure virtualhosts there
