How to set up a shared folder in virtualbox?

It seems that according to the instructions I connected a virtual optical disk, as a result it appeared, but it is blocked, there are such folders inside

Apparently they are all blocked.
The question is, can I somehow remove the virtual optical disk and connect it in a new way. After all, when connecting, the error pops up "Failed to connect a virtual optical disk, you want to force the connection"
