Unable to create virtual machine in Virtualbox (Intel® Pentium® P6200 Processor), what's my mistake?

Approximately 6 months ago I had Kali Linux as my primary and only OS. Kali had Virtualbox running a few virtual machines - Windows 7 32 bit and a few Linux's AND EVERYTHING WORKED GREAT . After 2 months, I "scored" on Kali ( And on Virtualbox, this is important ). Installed Windows 10 as the main and only OS. There was a time, it was necessary to make a virtual machine, I tried, but I had a hardware virtualization error , BUT I just scored, removed Virtualbox and did not create virtual machines.
Now, I have a need to install Kali Linux (again, as the only and main OS). I installed Virtualbox on it and I need to make a VM (virtual machine).
And Virtualbox throws the same error when installing the VM!
Virtualbox and VMware were (in turn) installed in an attempt to create a VM on Ubuntu, Windows and Kali. It was not possible to create a VM on any OS, still the same error, it turns out a problem in the PC (But everything worked fine half a year ago!) Or in Virtualbox updates (But VMware also does not create VMs).
Here I hit a dead end.
How to create virtual machines? Much needed for work.
Why didn't this error happen half a year ago? (Yes, there is a problem with the processor, it does not support Intel® Hyper-Threading Technology and Intel® Virtualization Technology (VT-x) - but then how did VMs work for me half a year ago?
-----
Now I have Kali Linux installed 2020.3.
Processor - Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU P6200 2.13GHz, link to info about the processor at the office. website -

.
The Virtualbox error is shown in the screenshot.

If you uncheck hardware virtualization in the settings (because an error asks), the "OK" button to save the settings does not appear, see screenshots.

If you change the paravirtualization interface to any, or "missing", the "OK" button also does not appear.
In general, the OK button in the settings is always unavailable!
Added BIOS photo.

Virtualization [Enabled] . (see photo)

In this case, VMs should work (they still don’t work and this option was already enabled by default), or is this not enough? Do I need to change something else in the BIOS? (I also disabled Virtualization in the BIOS, but that didn't change anything.).

VirtualBOX stopped supporting processors without hardware virtualization starting with version 6.1. Apparently the only solution is to use the old version.

It looks like you don't have an option in the GUI to turn off hardware virtualization. An older version of VirtualBox probably had it. Turn it off manually by editing the virtual machine configuration.
Approximately as described here

To enable/disable Windows features, change Hyper-V
Must be disabled.

Try previous versions of the software. Since it worked there
Well, the version of Kali is the same where it worked? Or newer?
Alternatively, try KVM

Digging into the BIOS is useless - the processor does not support virtualization, regardless of whether the BIOS understands it or not.
VT-x is disabled not on the "Acceleration" tab, but on the "Processor" tab.
In any case, I have the item "Enable nested VT-x / AMD-v" located there.
