What to do with the EXE file received from the Microsoft Store after paying for a Windows 8.1 purchase?

It required Windows to work, which I haven't seen up close for many years. Decided to buy Windows 8.1 from the Microsoft Store. In the American section, because I'm allergic to localized interfaces. After paying by PayPal, I received a Product Key and a link to download the OSGS14-WindowsSetupBox-32bitand64bit-English-4141408.exe file. I don't know what to do with it, given that I have OS X and Windows needs to be installed in a virtual machine.

The program downloads the iso, which can be uploaded to a disk or flash drive, or just download the iso from the microsoft site and roll it onto a disk or flash drive from under the poppy.

Are you sure you didn't buy an upgrade from 7? In my opinion, exe is just an upgrade, and a complete one for installation from scratch can be in ISO or on disk. What was the price?
And you can buy English in Russian stores.

Alternatively, use Parallels Desktop as a virtual machine: kb.parallels.com/en/4729
In this case, it will download the installer itself.
In any other case, it is easier to take advantage of the benefits of piracy.
