How to set up a network bridge in VB?

Hello. There was a need to configure a network bridge on the virtual machine.
Now it’s worth NAT, I looked on the internet how to do it, I did everything exactly, but still something is not right .. I don’t have WiFi, a cable. The only thing that happened was to put a shared access on the current active network adapter of the host machine, and thus I sat through it from the virtual machine, but the Internet is sooooo slow. Both on a host and on VB. In general, who knows, please tell me how to set up a network bridge correctly and what is needed for this?
