How to set up a counter for subdomain analytics?

Good afternoon, tell me how to properly set up the counter (Metrika and Google Analytics) in order to analyze a large number of subdomains of 1 site (we have 44 branches).
I would like to see in the report, for example, attendance for 44 subdomains at once, the conversion for them, specified for each separately.
In Metrica, I don't know how to do it at all.
In the GA I set it up through segments, but there the system does not allow more than 5 segments to be selected for comparison (there is a universal code).

You can make a custom report, set the Host as the main parameter, and choose which metrics you need - visits / income / transactions
