How to separate utm label from url without using "?" sign?

The essence of the problem is that telegrams often pick up a preview of a post from a site if there is a "?" sign in the link.
But it is the "?" sign that is used to separate the utm tag.

Hence the question - is it possible to somehow separate the utm label from the url so as not to use the "?"
