How to get refresh_token analytics api?

How to get refresh_token having id_token or how to refresh token without refresh_token?
Google for some reason returns id_token instead of refresh_token

refresh_token is only passed once, during the initial grant.
Further, the token is passed without refresh_token.
Consider this when developing, I spent 4 hours on this.
