How to set the visibility of subnets between each other on a microtic router?

Good afternoon!
There is a Rostelecom router, a Mikrotik router and a D-Link dgs 1100
switch. DHCP is disabled on the Rostelecom router (address 192.168.1.1/24)
A twisted pair cable goes from the Rostelecom router to the second Mikrotik port (DHCP is configured on it for VLAN5 and for the physical network)
Address Mikrotik 192.168.1.9/24 and VLAN address 192.168.88.9
From port 3 Mikrotik goes to PC and from port 5 goes to 1 long port (1 long port tagged and port 5 Mikrotik not tagged)
I want to see two subnets from the PC, but not out .... Will someone tell me where to dig and from where?
