What can threaten me if I create the following site? (see below)

A hypothetical question arose. Let's say I create a website at foo1234.ru , which, in response to requests like foo1234.ru/bar?dataurl=<dataurl of some image here>, will return a page with this image.
Let's also assume that a certain unreliable citizen converts photos of drug addicts copulating with children during suicide into a dataurl, and then publishes a link to my website, substituting the resulting dataurl as a parameter. Further, trustworthy citizens, having followed the link and being horrified, run to inform on my site to the relevant (and possibly inappropriate) authorities.
So, the question is: what do you think I will be for this? First, will my site be blocked by RosKomPozor? Second, can I be prosecuted for distributing child pornography? And can I prove in each of these cases that I am not a camel?

IMHO, only a timely ban on state of emergency at the request of Supervision will save you from prosecution.
From being blacklisted by IP, most likely NO.
