There are two independent networks. 1 network for IPTV provider. 2 for everyone. How can I connect an IPTV set-top box to network 2?

Here is the diagram.

We connect to iptv through a special prefix. Set1 IPTV has a dhcp server, distributes IP to set-top boxes. Our network2 also has a dhcp server. In some cabinets it is not possible to run an IPTV cable, it is too far away, but there are cables from the mains2. How to make it work when connecting IPTV set-top boxes to 2 networks?

a) In the place where you have iptv, put a managed switch and separate it into different vlans, and in the end rooms there is also a managed switch that will accept these vlans.
b) hire a sysadmin to do everything
c) use powerline adapters for the last mile in these rooms, if the wiring permits.
d) stop using a separate network for iptv and set up an igmp proxy on the router
