There is an online store, the site https://sumki5.ru/, I am setting up a subdomain system for promotion in the regions, but at the moment not all regions have our offices. But we work closely with transport companies and ship goods throughout Russia.
In this situation, how can you specify the subdomain regionality in Yandex.Webmaster, given that the webmaster asks for a link to a confirmation page (for example, contacts). What are the options?
Maybe indicate in the contacts for each city the offices of the transport company? But this is somehow wrong, in my opinion.

You add subdomains to the webmaster as separate sites. And for each you choose the desired region. It is enough to indicate the confirmation page and the main one, on which it should be written in the headings or text, for example, "Shop of bags in Samara."
