Why does PS change the page meta in SERP?

Since June, positions have begun to sag on the site, and if somewhere it’s clear how and why, then there are pages where I don’t understand why this is happening. I checked the content, everything is there I thought it was related to the Google update on
snippets , but then why does Yasha have
the same problem. Maybe someone can help? links leading to this page with anchors that do not correspond to the subject of the page, can the PS replace the meta of the page?
