How is the text indexed in a tab or in a spoiler?
My site displays a map in full screen. So for search engines I want to display a spoiler or make a separate tab for SEO text. That is, by default, users will be shown a map, and when they click on the spoiler or on the tab, the text will be displayed. Do search engines normally eat this text?

According to a Google employee (in an interview), text in tabs and accordions is not indexed by the search engine. I think that in Yandex the same thing.
Eaten, but I would not be particularly zealous with such manipulations
Hidden text and / or an excessive number of keywords
