How to set file creation/modification date by exif for ARW in batch mode?

Greetings.
There is a pack of raves from Sony cameras. Total Commander does not see exif in them, but it is there. How can I take the date and time of shooting from exif and write it to file attributes in batch mode?

If jheadit does not support ARW (I could not find a list of supported formats right away), ExifTool remains. Here u88.n24.queensu.ca/exiftool/forum/index.php?topic=... there are several command options. But first I would try jhead - this is the direct purpose of this utility.
