How to send unsent (failed) mail using Sendmail?

Hello! I have a rather strange situation. Hosts was configured incorrectly and a lot of mail received the User Unknown status and was not sent, it lasted about 2 weeks. At the same time, some of the letters in the form of notifications are in /var/spool/mail/xxxx and cannot be sent due to the limitation period. How can I select mail from there that had the failed status and send it again? Is this possible with standard sendmail tools or with the help of some software?
