How to execute sieve scripts on received dbmail messages?

Initial:
There is dbmail with sieve support. dbmail has accounts with configured folders and sieve scripts for processing incoming mail.
Problem:
Before users were taught how to use sieve filters, quite a large amount of mail accumulated in INBOX. Now there is a wish to drive a set of filters on already accepted messages. It is not immediately clear how to do this and there are doubts about the possibility of this procedure, at least by regular means.
If anyone knows a solution, please tell me.
