How to send real-time video from the camera to the network?

There is such a (not cheap) piece of iron - teradek vidiu. It has an HDMI input. It allows you to stream from the camera via Wi-Fi, modem or cable to online services or via RTMP. Has small dimensions and the built-in accumulator for 1 hour. Camera mount possible.
