There is a Mikrotik with two Internet channels via mobile modems. Configured according to the article https://habr.com/en/post/244385/ redundancy and balancing through routes.
One of the modems (main, unlimited) has the ability to stop giving the Internet and requires a reboot, Mikrotik disables balancing and transfers routes to the second modem (traffic is limited there), which can lead to overspending.
I would like the router to report such an event to the cart. The problem is that the modem is alive and responding, do not use netwatch. This is where my ideas end.
How do I get notified about route changes?

You can use a scheduler to pull a script that will ping an external address indicating which routing table to use.
In Google, you can find a ready-made script to perform various actions when there is no ping.
