Can you help me figure out routing on mikrotik?

Hello.
There is a long-standing problem, there is not enough skill to solve it.
There are 3 vlans from the provider, with different IPs on them. The addresses are on the same /24 network. The gateway is also one.
On Mikrotik, I threw all three vlans on the interface where the provider's wire goes.
One vlan added to the empty bridge, on the bridge our external address, in general, is the Internet of employees. (192.168.1.1/24 for example)
One vlan added to the bridge with the port of the router, which includes the server's network card. On the server, I configured the Internet accordingly (192.168.1.2/24 for example)
And now I can’t access the server from the office. As I understand it, since the addresses are on the same network, that's why I can't get through, it doesn't go along the route, but searches in arp.
What should I do and how should I be? I'll at least learn.
Thank you, sorry for the sloppy presentation.

If so, I don’t quite understand why Vlan is in the bridge
