How to select elements for MS design?

There is a task to digitize the analog signal, calculate a certain value and display it on the indicator. In this case, it is necessary to use the KR580VM80 processor. And now I'm at a dead end, which RAM, ROM to select for the implementation of this task, an ADC is still needed, but this is already further. Now specifically with memory hangs.

Are you writing from the distant past? 25 years ago, when I was in school, the VM80 was called "old crap."
what RAM, ROM

See how much. If the RAM is a couple of kilobytes, then static is better, it can be fastened directly to the bus without any problems. If > 10 kB is dynamic, but then a special controller is needed (I don’t remember exactly how it was there)
A ROM is better than some kind of Flesh, but they are practically all serial, and this is the same additional hassle.
In principle, if you are not going to "implement" your project, so to speak, then why bother. In Proteus, for example, you can stumble on anything, they are not emulated there anyway, and the teacher who asks about the VM80 is one-to-one impassable stupid, will not understand anything.
still need ADC

There are no problems with the ADC in Proteus.
