How to securely open remote access to the camera?

Good day!
There is a Logitech webcam, and the Netcam Studio program through which I want to open remote access to the camera and enjoy the views of my room, but after reading a few articles on the Internet, I realized that this is not very safe, the program needs an open 8100 port, in these articles I read what can be opened somehow through VPN ports and increase security, and even read somewhere on the NCS forum that you can set up an HTTPS / SSL certificate in order to create an encrypted connection, which will also give an increase in security
In short, how to safely open ports and not worry that hackers will hack the webcam and together with me they will admire the views of the webcam or launch some kind of DDoS or do something else bad..

It is best to use an IP camera with an integrated cloud, but since there is a webcam and you want to use it, then there is such a solution.
1. You need to install the demo version of the Line system - the demo version does not allow you to watch the recorded archive, but all other functions work. Including the cloud.
2. Come up with a cloud name and activate it in the system settings.
3. Using the instructions from the forum , connect the webcam to the Line and then you can watch it through the application from your smartphone or through a browser.
Advantages of the solution - no real IP is needed, no open ports are needed, to connect you need to know the cloud address itself, name and password.
