How to set interface priority in mikrotik?

I have two vlan interfaces, one for my home network and one for my guest network. Between them somehow it is possible to adjust priorities for traffic? I would like packets from the home network to always jump first, pushing away guest traffic. And if the channel is free, then guests can use it without any problems.
How can this really be done?

@Yekver

Your general queue for the interface, with a limit on the width of the channel (let's say 10mb / s)
Next, make two heirs from this queue and set limit-at 10mb / s in a more priority one, and set max-limit for both queues to 10mb / s, thereby for one queue you guarantee the channel, for the second you give away everything that is left

Hello! Honestly, I'm not very strong in prioritization. I can definitely say that you need to use a queue tree. Watch the presentation of my friend and colleague from MUM in Kazakhstan. He talks about both hardware and software prioritization.
