In a crowded place, I want to install a WiFi router so that it scans and saves the MAC addresses of devices of people passing by. What is the best router for this? Are there inexpensive solutions? Is it necessary for the user to have a saved WiFi network on the device with the SSID of my router? Or can you scan even before identifying the SSID?
