How to save time when reverting to a VMware snapshot?

There is a virtual machine on VMware Workstation with Win10. I take a picture from it and after that I continue to work in it, change the settings, data, install the software. After that, I roll back to the snapshot and naturally get the car in the state when the snapshot was taken. But the problem is that it's not exactly the same - the time on the clock of the virtual machine is current. Is there any way to take a completely identical picture? so that after returning to it it would be like a complete freeze of the state for the virtual machine.

Most likely, you need to disable synchronization with the host server.
