How to save time on food?

Hello!
I live alone and work as a freelancer.
It just so happens that the time for buying food and cooking takes a lot of precious time and effort.
Who lives alone and freelance - how do you solve this problem?
I figured it seems like it’s profitable to order ready-made food at home, for the saved time (about 1.5 hours a day) you can do a lot of useful things: allocate this time for additional English (it will be +10.5 hours a week, not bad, considering that I’m already doing an hour a day, totaling 17.5 hours a week), or just earn extra money and put the work in a portfolio (for example, in 5 working days * 1.5 hours this is real, 4 additional works come out a month), those. gain experience as a specialist, scoring on culinary skills.
I don’t consider the option of getting married, because. most likely you will have to order for two (just kidding). But seriously, modern girls really don’t know how to cook and don’t like it.
Or am I looking for excuses not to cook and it’s easier to learn how to do it quickly, and go shopping for groceries once a week in large batches to save time (by the way, I tried that, everything goes bad)?

I go to a cafe restaurant, I eat from girls. I think at least half a billion girls in the world know how to cook well.
In general, the idea of cooking quickly and going for groceries smacks of idiocy.
