I want to reinstall Windows, but I don't know how to save bookmarks and the panel.

- Set up synchronization if it is already in the opera;
- If nothing has changed much, then in the profile folder we save bookmarks and speeddial, you can also grab wand (passwords). Or the entire profile folder.
