Missing Unsorted Bookmarks folder after I moved all bookmarks from it to another folder! how to recover?

Now when you click on the heart "add to bookmarks" there is no such placement "Unsorted bookmarks" at all!

Yes, this folder was deleted by default a long time ago. Instead, new bookmarks go to the "All Bookmarks" root.
