How to save notifications (deleted messenger messages) in iOS?

Good evening.
Let's assume: the sender deletes/modifies a recently sent message in Viber. The notification about it disappears (in case of a change, a new one appears).
How to read the original message anyway?
Android has WAMR - saves deleted messages from most modern instant messengers. Is there something similar for iOS?
All Google articles are sent to Backup Chat. But will it work if the message is deleted/modified almost immediately after being received?

No way. Applications do not have access to other applications' notifications.
