How to test your app on iPhone?

I started to develop an application and there was a need to test my application on my device ( iPhone 5S ).
Of course, the emulator makes testing easier, but I still want to test it on my device. I would like to know if it is possible to test on your application without a developer account? If so, how?
And this question is off topic.
I bought a macbook pro 13 and noticed that it sometimes gets very hot, but does not freeze (fortunately :) ), it could be a technician. problem or is it "the norm"))
PS: The iPhone heats up when I play the maximum or perform resource-intensive tasks for a long time, this is the "norm". But here, I'm just working with a sketch or iMovie and it heats up to 55-63 degrees. ( smcFanControl )

You connect your device to the Mac, the phone will display something like "Trust this computer?" poke "Trust / Trust", in Xcode you will see the copying of the necessary data will begin, then in the menu where you chose the type of simulator, instead of "iOS Device" the name of your device will appear, poke it and cmd + R. Profit!
PS
Previously, a developer account was required ($99) to run applications on the device, at the recent WWDC, apple removed this restriction.
