How to save money in building a call center for a small organization with 8 jobs?
To be honest, I'm already tired of thinking about how to set up a call center. What is now? Just don't laugh, okay? :)
We work 99% on outgoing calls. We call through regular cell phones. Corporate rate. The load on calls is about 1500-2000 minutes on average per SIM card. There is a simple online customer database.
The problem is: phones can break, a SIM card can be stolen, or they can take a call to mom and dad, or go to a smoking room to call from a work phone. There are no statistics. There are no recordings of conversations either. All this negatively affects the atmosphere in the team and makes it impossible for normal training and further training of employees. Reviewed on the Internet a lot of options for CRM, ip-PBX and all sorts of different sip-providers. Here's what I don't like: sip-providers get very expensive calls! I found an option: call from a computer via a gsm network. But how is it better to tie and bind to computers? Those. I want to make calls from a computer as if from a phone. What will help me with this? I want to tie this bauble so that when you call a client, you can automatically record the conversation, keep statistics on the client, assign services to him, etc. Who can help with this issue? Will this help:

Only analog lines are useless and there is nothing about the gsm-gateway.
