I was interested in this project - voximplant. Unfortunately, knowledge of English is not enough for a confident understanding of the cost of using this project.
1. How much will it cost to call from a mobile/landline TO a number allocated in voximplant?
2. There is no area code in the price list - 3424, how much will a call from voximplant cost?
3. If there is a number from another ip-telephony provider, what will be the cost of calls (according to provider or voximplant tariffs)?
Maybe they have articles in Russian?

There are a lot of articles in Russian on Habré
1. 0.2 cents per minute
2. There should be voximplant.com/docs/rates/voximplant_outbound_rate... , as an option, you can make a call and see how much was written off
3. 0.2 cents in minute (+ SIP registration may be required)
