Google search gave only a bunch of shitty services (the so-called synonymizers) to distort information, so I risk asking here.

I use it as a desktop application, which can be downloaded from the author's website:

The database of synonyms is good. But he will not recognize cases / declensions / typos.

If cases are annoying, you can use MYSTEM from Yandex.
Mystem is made for both Windows and X.
It already has a dictionary base inside.
This program will at least help you find the initial form of a word, and determine case/declension, etc.
