How to effectively run a simple call center?
Good morning, the goal is to make a small call center. The scheme of the center is extremely simple:
1) There are n-th number of numbers (virtual numbers) of "companies" that receive calls from customers 2) The call is
redirected
to the operator with information about the "company"
service.
Actually, I would like to know if anyone has experience running these things? Maybe there are ready-made, good solutions?
