How to save addresses in Outlook?
I don't know how to phrase the question exactly, but that's the gist of it. In outlook, you can specify that it will create entries in the address book for all recipients. However, if you don't specify this, outlook will still suggest addresses when you enter them in the "To" field when composing an email. So the question is how all these addresses (which Outlook stores/remembers/knows there somewhere) are stored in the address book, if it was not indicated to be saved in the address book?
I tried my best to describe it. Thank you.

The file with the cache of entered addresses is stored in the Documents and Settings/\%username%\/Application Data/Microsoft/Outlook/ path and is called Outlook.NK2.
If you want to reset the dialed address history in Outlook 2003/2007, the Outlook.nk2 file must be deleted.
If you want to transfer the information with the cache of entered addresses to another computer, simply copy it to the new computer to the desired profile.
To fine-tune the email addresses stored in the autocomplete cache, you can use a third-party utility such as NK2View. This utility allows you to process the contents of an Outlook AutoComplete (.NK2) file, such as displaying all email entries, or exporting these entries to text/HTML/XML format.

After the address is substituted in "To", the right button is "Add to Outlook Contacts".
