How to reset MS Outlook settings and configs?

The problem with displaying the calendar in the letter, writes that "failed to read the calendar", office version 2010/32bit, pirated. In Outlook safe mode, the problem disappears. I reinstalled MS Office, cleaned the office with a cleaner, completely all the packages. and after reinstallation, some Outlook settings remain and does not allow reading the calendar.
