How to sync LDAP contacts with local Outlook address book for offline access?

Configured global address book in Outlook via LDAP (without Exchange). It is required to cache contacts from the global book when the domain is available (a person in the office), in order to use contacts when there is no access to the domain. By analogy with Offline Address Book in Exchange.
