How to Russify Chromium in Kubuntu 14.04?

Installed Chromium (version 37.0.2062.94) and package chromium-browser-l10n. The Russian language is enabled in the settings, but everything is in English. Maybe somewhere you can fix it manually?

download language packs. Go to settings (systems), language and it will prompt you to download everything.
